Session structure and booking
The treatment is a single 60-minute session that combines Thai massage with aromatherapy. When you book, you can add a specific therapist's name in the notes; otherwise we assign a therapist by rotation. Plan to arrive a few minutes early for check-in so the therapist can review any preferences or scent sensitivities before the session begins.
At Elite Spa Wellness Center in Northridge we orient the session around your current needs: the therapist will work through the body with the combined approaches named in the service, applying aromatherapy in the treatment environment. The session length is fixed at 60 minutes, allowing a focused, single-treatment window suited to students, commuters, and local families.
What clients physically experience
During the appointment you should expect hands-on bodywork enhanced by a carefully introduced aromatic element. Therapists adapt pressure and technique to comfort levels discussed at check-in. If you have sensitivities, mention them when you arrive or in your booking notes so the therapist can adjust scent intensity or placement accordingly.
Because Northridge clients often book around classes or commutes on the 118, the 60-minute format is designed for efficiency and clarity: a clear start and end time, focused attention on areas of tension, and a quiet, indoor environment near CSUN and the Northridge Fashion Center that supports a predictable appointment experience.
Choosing therapist and timing
We assign therapists from an internal rotation unless you request a specific person by name in the booking notes. Requesting a therapist helps with continuity—especially useful for students or regular clients who prefer the same practitioner. If you list a name, the front desk will follow that preference on scheduling and notes will be shared with the assigned therapist before the session.
Northridge’s car-dependent, commuter lifestyle shapes how clients use this service: many choose pre- or post-work appointments along the Devonshire and Reseda corridors. Consider traffic patterns near the Ronald Reagan Freeway (118) when booking. Also tell us about any allergies or scent sensitivities—this helps us select an aromatherapy approach that fits your needs without introducing new risks.
