Service timing and flow
This package pairs a 90-minute couples massage with a 30min sauna and cold plunge as named. The massage portion is scheduled so both guests receive treatment together; timing for the sauna and plunge is built into the appointment order. Price for the package is $268, posted as the service rate for booking and checkout.
During the appointment you’ll move through the elements in a planned sequence so treatments complement each other. Staff coordinate start and finish times to avoid overlap and to keep transitions smooth; exact sequencing can vary slightly at check-in depending on room availability and client preferences.
Couples setup and personalization
A couples appointment means two people share a single booking and experience within the same appointment window. Therapists will check preferences for pressure and focus areas at the start; communicate any sensitivities or areas to avoid so both therapists can tailor their approach to each person simultaneously.
If you’d like to request a specific person please add their name in the notes section . Otherwise, we’ll assign a therapist based on our rotation. That request helps accommodate repeat clients who prefer a particular therapist while keeping scheduling fair across our team.
