Your visit begins with a brief check-in where you and your partner share pressure preferences and focus areas. If you’d like to request a specific person please add their name in the notes section. Otherwise, we’ll assign a therapist based on our rotation. The two therapists coordinate timing so both partners receive simultaneous care in the same room.
The hands-on portion is a side-by-side, customized massage followed by contrast therapy. Duration: 60 minutes refers to the couples massage portion; the package also includes a 30‑minute Sauna & Cold Plunge experience. Price: $209 covers the combined offering, and the team tunes pressure and techniques to each partner’s needs.
Sauna and cold plunge flow
After the table work you move to a 30‑minute Sauna & Cold Plunge sequence that you control at your own pace. You can spend more time in heat or cold depending on comfort; staff will orient you to the equipment and recommended transitions without prescribing medical outcomes.
This contrast portion is arranged so couples can use the facilities together or alternate use while the other rests. The combination is intended to complement the massage by extending the relaxation and refreshment phase, with staff available for questions about timing and facility use.
